About Us
Our mental health therapy services are provided by a team of dedicated mental health professionals and clinical trainees. Each member of our staff has received specialized training in one or more trauma modalities, enabling them to effectively address a wide range of situational experiences that can lead to trauma, attachment wounds, and varying levels of dissociation.
Trauma Modalities Offered:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): This therapy uses eye movements or other bilateral stimulation to help process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact.
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): ART combines imagery and eye movements to reprogram the way traumatic memories are stored in the brain, leading to rapid symptom reduction.
- Anchored Relational Therapy (formerly Adaptive Internal Relational [AIR] Network): This approach focuses on building healthy relationships and attachment patterns to support healing.
- Brainspotting: Brainspotting uses eye position and focused attention to access and process traumatic memories and emotions.
- Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP): SP integrates body-based interventions with talk therapy to address the physical and emotional effects of trauma.
- Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART): SMART helps individuals regulate their arousal levels and manage the physiological symptoms of trauma.
- Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT): TF-CBT combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with trauma-sensitive interventions to address the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors associated with trauma.
