Individualized Process

Credentialing and contracting with third party payers take time. She know this from going through the process ourselves and would love to make this process easier by doing it for you, or assisting you in the process. She is able to individualized the process by having you select the services that best meet your needs. Once the terms of agreement is signed and information provided to us with payment, she will begin the process.

Fees

General Credentialing Clearinghouses

First time credentialing:

• Minnesota Credentialing Collaborative (MCC) ($350 per provider + $30 towards account for the year)
• Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) ($350 per provider)
• Medical Assistance (MN-ITS) ($200 per practice entity)

Follow up credentialing for those that already have an active MCC account and need updating:

• Minnesota Credentialing Collaborative (MCC) ($150 per provider)
• Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) ($150 per provider)

Medical Insurance Panels

• Aetna (CAQH) ($150 per provider)
• America’s PPO ($200 per provider)
• Blue Cross Blue Shield (MCC) ($150 per provider)
• Health Partners & Cigna (MCC) ($150 per provider)
• Hennepin Health (MCC) ($150 per provider)
• Medica, Optum, United Behavioral Health (Provider Express + CAQH) ($150 per provider)
• Medical Assistance ($150 per provider)
• Medicare ($200 per provider)
• South County Health Alliance (MCC) ($150 per provider)
• UCare ($150 per provider)

Follow up and/or Consultation

• $37.50 per 15 minutes for follow up with credentialing and contracting once application has been submitted
• $150 per hour for consultation
