Commission pay varies depending on qualifications and caseload: Licensed ranges from 40% to 55% per session. Pre-licensed ranges from 30% to 45% per session.
Supervision is included for providers pursuing LMFT and LPCC.
Yearly professional development funds.
Up to four weeks of PTO.

We are focused on your development as a mental health provider. Supervision is through a trauma lens. Supervisors have various trainings with a focus in trauma modalities. We have internal supervision for LPCC and LMFT.
