There are multiple methods to communicate and/or share information with us. Some methods are secure while others are not. It is under your discretion on the method(s) of which the communication takes place that is initiated by you. We will always utilize the secure methods of communication to the best of our abilities.

Secure methods:

• Client portal to schedule sessions, complete forms, send messages directly to your provider, and upload forms directly to your file;

• Secure submission for sending messages or sharing forms/documents;

• Emails sent to you from us and your correspondence to our emails; or

• Providing information during the session.

Unsecure method unless it is encrypted:

• Initial email from you to info@lepmn.com or directly to your provider

(All of our email communication that are initiated or responded to by us are encrypted making it secure for us to continue the communication.)
