Meet Ha, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She’s all about helping individuals, couples, and families connect better with each other and themselves. Ha believes in boosting clients’ strengths and adding a touch of humor to overcome challenges, whether it’s relationships, substance use, or other life struggles.

Ha has experience working in various settings, including clients’ homes, schools, outpatient mental health, and substance use treatment centers (withdrawal management, outpatient, and residential/inpatient). She’s committed to harm reduction in substance use while guiding clients towards abstinence. Ha also understands the physical health impacts of emotions and behaviors. She brings a culturally sensitive perspective to her work, having experienced firsthand and through clients, the influence of traditions, heritage, and behaviors on people and their families. Ha’s excited to continue her professional training in trauma care and strategies to support clients on their journey.
