Brienna has a passion for supporting individuals ranging from young children to adults as they navigate the impact of trauma, life transitions, and the challenges of living in today’s complex world. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and comfortable exploring their experiences without judgment.

Brienna’s work is grounded in trauma-informed care, and she often integrates approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strength-based practices. Brienna believes healing can happen when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. She strives to build therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, collaboration, and compassion.

Brienna’s experience includes working in residential treatment settings with adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, where she provided support to both adolescents and their families. She has experience working with individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and conflict within their families and relationships. Brienna’s goal is to help clients reconnect with their sense of safety, resilience, and self-worth while supporting them in developing the tools they need to move forward.
